I really like this Hose Reel Cart... I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews before settling on this one. It arrives in a really big (about waist-high) box and requires complete assembly on your end. Upon opening, as others have mentioned, there is a strong odor... not necessarily a bad one... but it will probably make your home or garage smell like a Hardware Store for awhile (I think its the rubber tires, which btw are high quality).Assembly:All parts needed are included, but there are no spare/extra parts, so make sure you go over the list of parts to put the cart together before doing so. Some other reviews mention the assembly instructions are confusing, others mention they are clear... I know this may sound weird, but I kinda agree with both statements... I think the assembly instructions are laid-out in a somewhat confusing manner, but if you stop and look carefully, you can figure out the proper way to assemble the cart. No tools are included with the cart, so you'll either need to use your own tools to put it together or get your hands on some... mostly, you just need a socket wrench (10mm if I recall correctly) and a good Philips head screwdriver. Everything fit together well, no rattling parts or left over bag of important looking parts. I assembled this by myself... probably took over an hour, but I wasn't rushing anything... I'm sure it could be assembled quicker if this sort of thing is your bag.Final thoughts:Upon final assembly, I was very happy with the end product... it was very solid, felt well-built, looked really good, and everything fit snug the way you'd want it to. It just looks good and feels sturdy... I attached it to spigot on the side of my house with the included short hose... I made sure to use the rubber gasket (included in the package) and some plumbers tape on all the threads (not included, you should probably get some if you don't already have any). Finally I attached a brand new 100' Zero-G 5/8in Hose to the Reel. Turning on the water, I had no leaks at all anywhere along the hose from the house to the reel or the reel to the garden hose. Everything made a tight seal and my hose wrapped just fine on the reel with plenty of room to spare for more hose if you wanted. If you have any water leaks, make sure you're using the rubber gasket (provided) and get some plumbers tape on the threads. I had zero problems with leaks... in fact, my dog was disappointed there was no free water leaking for him!Post-purchase update:3-months later the cart is in fine shape... the "Ironton" sticker didn't even make it into summer... no complaints with the cart, just don't get attached to the sticker.
