It sure is nice to not have to rig a replacement. These have a tendency to sheer off at the heater core after many years of the Texas heat and OEM was the only way to go. Sure one can get a slip-on to repair the line at the firewall but with peace of mind the whole assembly is good to go for many more years was worth it to get this assembly.
