I expected a more difficult install. This part made it easy.Fit perfectly30 minutes from check-engine P0446 error and only able to fill the tank at a trickle, to all problems solved!Watched a You Tube video by a Martin Green fixing his Chevy Colorado (really they're the same) that explained everything really well. You'll know that you have the right one when you hear a great line about gas fumes and if you were smoking when you took the canister assembly off then you've probably not made it to that point in the video.Did not drop my spare tire - had enough room to work. Really easy to make this change. Martin Green's video talks about getting just the solenoid body and reusing the hose. Wasn't worth my time I just used this complete part to make it easy,This had the new style connector. Real GM part.Installed on a 2006 Chevy Colorado Z71. This kit contains the canister with filter, valve, hose and fittings. My MIL (check engine light) was on because the EVAP vent valve (under the bed of truck, near fuel tank) was bad.I was forced to fill the tank EXTREMELY slowly, otherwise the pump would either shut off flow or overflow and spit fuel. After I replaced the part with this one and cleared the code/MIL, I was able to fill my tank and haven't had any issues since. There was 1 thing that concerned me at first. The power plug on the truck shaped like a "B" and the OEM part has a "B" receptacle. The part that I received has a [] (square) receptacle. The "B" plug did fit, and is very snug, so I;m not worried about it coming out.Just make sure that all your connections are made correctly before forcing the power plug in firmly.(will add pictures of part later)This part cleared my check engine light on my 2006 Chevy Colorado.PackageUnless your truck’s wiring harness is designed to fit this product, you will need to purchase an adapter. The install isn’t bad as long as you don’t mind dealing with the inherent rust of a Michigan owned pickup. I ended up buying a Bosch adapter to get this working.easy to install doesn't come with new wiring but it does tell you that in the descriptionEn la agencia me la querían vender con todo y el tanque de gasolina por 26 mil pesos.Se corrigió toda la falla en mi Chevrolet Colorado LT 2007 3.7LRefacción totalmente original.super pieceThis part did the job it was bought for.
