The PS hose on my 2004 Pilot started to leak. I wrapped the hose in duct tape and purchased this Gates because of the fast delivery. This hose has a smaller outside diameter than the original which causes some minor fitment issues. This is a very difficult replacement on a 2004 Honda Pilot. Be prepared to spend 6 hrs or more for this job if you can even complete it. This hose does fit and work but it leaves a whining sound in the system. I tried every conceivable thing I could to bleed the system and also replaced the orings that came with the Gates hose with new OEM Honda orings. Nothing worked. I finally purchased and installed the OEM Honda hose and the problem is gone. Don’t waste your time on this part to save $45 over the OEM. This job is too hard to do twice.
